FIRE AND FLOW is a 4-week program designed for metabolism acceleration and mental restoration. Team Beachbody Super Trainers Jericho McMatthews and Elise Joan take you on a 4-week journey of balancing high-powered workouts with soothing recovery.

Let’s also not forget the importance of self-love while getting in shape. The FIRE AND FLOW 4-Week Journal will make sure you recenter and show yourself love with 5-minute self-care prompts and a habit tracker.

What Kind of Fitness Program is FIRE AND FLOW?

For 4 weeks, you will alternate between Jericho’s fiery, metabolism boosting workouts and Elise’s physical and mental restoration.

Jericho brings the heat 3 times a week with high-intensity FIRE routines. These full-body strength and cardio routines will help sculpt lean muscle and burn calories.

Elise guides you through FLOW workouts designed for active recovery, core strength, and restoring joint and muscle movement after Jericho’s energetic workouts.

The workout commitment is 6 days a week for 25-30 minutes a day over 4 weeks.

The program also includes 4 FIRE and 4 FLOW bonus workouts that focus on abs, glutes, arms, and flexibility.

  • Program Length: 4 weeks
  • Time Commitment: 6 days a week for 25-30 minutes
  • Intensity: Beginner, intermediate, and advanced. There’s a modifier who displays an alternate version of each move and an intensifier who displays the more intense version of each move.
  • Best for: Metabolic conditioning
  • Equipment Needed: Dumbbells and resistance loops

What Equipment Do I Need for FIRE AND FLOW?

You will need dumbbells and resistance loops. A yoga met is recommended but not required.

  • Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
  • Resistance loops
  • Yoga mat (optional)
