I started consuming food around 11:30am and stopped at 9pm.
- Baked chicken
- Funyuns onion rings chips
- Jalapeno Turkey Sandwich from McAlister’s Deli

I decided to weigh myself again today. Over the years, I have noticed that when I avoid the scale for too long, the pounds creep up on me. For now, I’ll probably be weighing myself more often than once a week.
