Food Intake:

I started consuming food around 11:30am and stopped at 9pm.

  • Baked chicken
  • Rice
  • Sprite
  • Oreos
  • Cheetos chips

Thoughts:

I was surprised by the scale this morning, but I’m loving it!

Notes:

I took Performix® SST super late today at 11am. Surprisingly, the energy did not keep me awake at night.
