Food Intake:

I started consuming food around 11:30am and stopped at 8pm.

  • Ruffles chips
  • Oatmeal pie
  • Baked chicken
  • Rice
  • Lemon cookies

Thoughts:

Today was a rough day emotionally. I’m proud of myself for being physically active and not spending unnecessary money.

Notes:

I took Performix® SST this morning.
