I started consuming food around 11:30am and stopped at 8pm.
- Oatmeal pies
- Ruffles chips
- Beef jerky
- Baked chicken
I woke up this morning with 3 goals and shared them with my Twitter followers. Today’s goals were to drink 64 oz of water, not spend any money on unnecessary items, and not eat any sweets. I did pretty good with these goals! I am most proud of not spending unnecessary money!
I took Performix® SST this morning.
