Food Intake:

I started consuming food around 12pm. I don’t recall when I stopped eating, but it was super late.

  • RITZ peanut butter crackers
  • Cheeseburger from McDonald’s
  • Hot dog
  • Another chili cheese burger
  • Lemonade
  • Sprite
  • Little Debbie oatmeal creme pies
  • Handi-Snacks Oreo Cookie Sticks ‘N Crème Dip snack packs

Thoughts:

Today started off okay, but by night time I found myself totally overeating. I haven’t been usually all of my mindset tools over these two weeks, and I’ve been allowing my feelings to completely control my actions. Initially, I wasn’t strict on myself because I wanted to document and share my baseline eating habits. I’ve gotten complacent and prolonged this tracking way too long, and that’s about to change. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s update.
