Weighed in today at 257 pounds

I’m feeling kind of blah today. I know I haven’t made any changes in my eating habits, but I’m still surprised at the scale. I expected to have gained 1 or 2 pounds, but SEVEN! I’m glad I’m able to document what happens when I’m not active and mindlessly eating.
