257… I didn’t wear my Fitbit the entire day

Physical Activity:

None

Food Intake:

I started consuming calories at 8am. My last meal was at 8 pm.

  • Slice of white cake
  • Cheeseburger
  • Tater tots
  • Jalapeño turkey sandwich
  • Strawberry lemonade

Thoughts:

My list of food seems short, but all of it was “unhealthy” and high in calories. It definitely didn’t help with this sluggish feeling.
