Food Intake:

I started consuming calories at 12pm and stopped at 8:30pm.

  • Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and macaroni
  • Coke drink
  • Jambalaya
  • Half of a NOLA Bowl

Thoughts:

I’ve been very sluggish this week. Could be due to my food choices or PMS. The highlight of my day was a sweet date with my boo for dinner.

Notes:

I didn’t take any supplements today.
