I started consuming calories at 12pm and stopped at 8:30pm.
- Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and macaroni
- Coke drink
- Half of a NOLA Bowl
I’ve been very sluggish this week. Could be due to my food choices or PMS. The highlight of my day was a sweet date with my boo for dinner.
I didn’t take any supplements today.
