I started consuming calories at 8:30 am. My last meal was at 10 pm.
- RITZ crackers
- Ranchero Special (shrimp, rice, sauteed bell peppers, onions, and cheese sauce)
- Flour tortillas
- Chicken tenders
I planned to go to spin class this morning at 5 am, but I didn’t get out of the bed. I’ve been having low back pain that’s likely related to my weight gain. I’ll be researching ways to alleviate the pain.
I took Performix® SST this morning.
