8 oz… consumed lots of Powerades

Physical Activity:

Walking

Food Intake:

I started consuming calories at 7:20 am. I had an energy bright and early since I didn’t take the thermogenic supplement. My last meal was at 8 pm.

  • Red Bull energy drink 12oz
  • Subway turkey sandwich
  • Lay’s BBQ chips
  • Jambalaya
  • Shrimp
  • Potatoes
  • Powerades

Thoughts/Reflection:

Water intake sucked today! I did get hot and sweaty outside, so that’s a positive. Tomorrow is meal prep day soooooo let’s hope for better nutrition next week.

Notes:

I didn’t take the Performix® SST today.
