I started consuming food around 7:30 am because I felt nauseous and needed a pickle to soothe my tummy. I love eating pickles when I feel sick! My last meal was around 8 pm.
- Dill Pickle
- RITZ cheese sandwich crackers
- Snack-size bag of Ruffles chips
- Biscoff cookies
We had a cookout at work, so I embraced the free food and saved my money.
I know my food isn’t “clean”. I’m making slow changes and hoping to solidify them as new habits. My main goal has been to drink more water. I have a tendency to waste so many calories on sugary beverages. My pretty water jug definitely helps me get in 8 cups a day.
I am taking a supplement called Performix® SST. SST is a timed-release thermogenic. The company claims the product delivers energy, mental focus, and enhanced fat metabolism.
