Food Intake:

I started consuming food around 1:30 pm. My last meal was at 7pm.

  • Premiere Protein Shake
  • Dill Pickle
  • Qdoba’s Smoky Chicken Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla
  • Qdoba’s queso and chips
  • Brownie
  • 5 gummy bears

Thoughts/Reflection:

250 pounds is my highest weight. I’m excited to kick off this weight loss diary for accountability and inspiration to others. It seems like a daunting task to take on, but I’m up for the challenge.

Notes:

I am taking a supplement called Performix® SST. SST is a timed-release thermogenic. The company claims the product delivers energy, mental focus, and enhanced fat metabolism.
