I started consuming food around 1:30 pm. My last meal was at 7pm.

- Qdoba’s Smoky Chicken Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla

- 5 gummy bears
250 pounds is my highest weight. I’m excited to kick off this weight loss diary for accountability and inspiration to others. It seems like a daunting task to take on, but I’m up for the challenge.
I am taking a supplement called Performix® SST. SST is a timed-release thermogenic. The company claims the product delivers energy, mental focus, and enhanced fat metabolism.
