Job 1 by Super Trainer Jennifer Jacobs released in December 2021. Jennifer Jacobs left Peloton to create Beachbody’s Job 1. The workouts are produced in both English and French, making Job 1 Beachbody’s first bilingual program.

Program Layout

Job 1 is a 4-week program that consists of 20-minute workouts for 5 days a week.

The Workouts

The workouts involve cardio, strength training, and optional cycling.

  • 20 Strength and Cardio workouts
  • 4 Optional Cycling workouts

If you don’t have a Beachbody On Demand subscription, you can use this link to try the free sample workout.

Equipment Needed

The required equipment is minimal. You will need:

  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance loops – a set of light, medium, and heavy resistance bands are included in the program bundle
  • A stationary bike is optional for the cycling workouts
