30-Day Self-Care Challenge for Holistic Health

Day 1: Start a journal and write for at least 10 minutes.

Day 2: Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water.

Day 3: Create a gratitude list.

Day 4: Create a morning routine.

Day 5: Get an extra hour of sleep.

Day 6: Write 1-3 affirmations and recite them throughout the day.

Day 7: Make a list of your life goals and choose 1 goal to actively work toward this month.

Day 8: Create a bedtime routine.

Day 9: Activate self-love by writing 3 things you love about yourself.

Day 10: Schedule an appointment that you have been putting off.

Day 11: Eat less sugar today.

Day 12: Have a GOOD VIBES ONLY Day which includes saying “Bye Felicia” to anyone who brings drama plus combating your own negative self-talk.

Day 13: Engage in joyful movement for exercise.

Day 14: Review your finances and set a financial goal.

Day 15: Find the positives from your day.

Day 16: Go for a walk.

Day 17: Declutter and/or organize your home.

Day 18: Express appreciation and tell someone “thank you”.

Day 19: Commit to a digital detox and reduce the amount of time you spend on social media today.

Day 20: Read something uplifting like a blog post or self-help book.

Day 21: Meditate for at least 10 minutes.

Day 22: Find a community cause or event in your neighborhood to support.
