Set your entire day up for good vibes and success with a morning routine. Try these things to do in the morning for a high-vibe day.

Establishing a morning routine can boost your mood and increase your sense of well-being. A high vibe morning is important for anyone who wants to manifest their desires. Positive morning activities can empower you to conquer anything that comes your way throughout the day. Activate good vibes with a morning routine that empowers you to have a productive and successful day.

Here are some things I strive to do every morning to get me vibes up and body flowing.

Morning Routine for A High-Vibe Day

Drink Water

I sleep with a water bottle next to my bed. I have morning medication that I take as soon as I roll out the bed. I intentionally swallow these pills down with a cup of water first thing in the morning. Water is the ideal beverage to drink in the morning (yessss…. even before you drink your favorite cup of coffee). If plain water isn’t your style, then try infused water. When I started getting in the habit of drinking water, I always wanted a slice of lemon in the water. Infused water adds a little flavor and provides health benefits like hydration and weight management.

Engage in a spiritual practice like prayer, affirmation, or meditation

Spiritual practices help connect your mind and body. Prayer, affirmations, and meditations are calming and grounding. These activities allow you to harness your positive energy and set your intentions for the day. Instead of grabbing your cellphone and checking social media as soon as you open your eyes, engage in one of these spiritual practices. Try gently breathing in and out while repeating 1-3 affirmations aloud or in your head.

Journal

People underestimate the power of journaling. A short 10-minute journal session can be life-changing and do wonders for your mental health. There is something magical about the pen-to-paper process and the way journaling taps into emotions and the subconscious. Try waking up and writing what you are grateful for.

Listen to or read something uplifting

Get the good vibes flowing with some uplifting content like music, a podcast, or a book. Listen to motivational speeches or upbeat music. Reading something encouraging or related to your goals can help stimulate your mind and improve your mood. Making use of uplifting content can increase your self-confidence and expand your self-worth. You can make the most of your time by listening to something inspiring during your workout or during a morning walk.

Exercise

Get up and get active. Morning workouts are my favorite. The likelihood of me exercising decreases as the day progresses. You don’t have to run a marathon, but a nice walk outdoors can really jumpstart a great day.

Stretch/Yoga

Now, I’m not a master yogi, but stretching has prevented and healed muscle and joint strains within my body. Therefore, I’m a huge advocate of stretching. Even if you aren’t engaging in daily exercise, you could still benefit from stretching. A nice stretch or yoga flow can improve your energy levels, reduce stress, and improve your flexibility. Sometimes I just bend over and touch my toes to stretch my calf muscles, which is a problem area for me. Other times, I do an easy flow that I find on YouTube.

Bottom line

Your morning routine has a huge impact on the rest of your day. Even if you aren’t a morning person, these habits can help you start your day on the right foot. Think about one or two things you could do to start your day off on a positive note. If it seems challenging to makeover your morning routine all at once, introduce one new activity a week and see if you notice better vibes throughout your day.
